Biography
In both my personal and professional life, I believe that if I’m not driving myself to do my best, then I’m not fulfilling my end of the bargain. This life motto has allowed me to succeed by motivating myself and others to find innovative solutions to industry problems. From leading sales at McKesson, to my role as President and CEO of CH Mack, I have had the opportunity to experience integral sectors within the healthcare technology, products and services industry over the past 22 years, from which I have gained valuable insight.
Current Work
While I look for the best long term fit, I have started The Driving Force consultancy to advise and consult top management, BOD and investors in creating growth strategies to create sustainable value given I have done so in all three roles. I look to increase the senior capacity and enjoy working with leaders in defining the “what’s next” market and business objectives. I have also worked with Private Equity organizations who have interest in the Healthcare IT space. Leveraging core competencies for the future Healthcare market takes guts. It helps to have an understanding of the provider, payer and patient markets, as well as wide experience in healthcare technologies, services, and products. A few of my engagements are below:
• Advising a CEO of a workflow software company on market and business strategy, private equity funding and BOD / BOA roles.
• Engaged by Health Information technology companies to help with competitive market analysis, market strategy, and creating a sustainable value proposition.
• Advising private equity groups on Health Technology investments.
